When you call, text, or submit a delivery request, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, delivery location, requested service details, access instructions, and any other information you choose to provide. We use it to respond, schedule and deliver service, prepare records, and communicate about your request.
Website measurement
We use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to understand website traffic and actions such as phone-link clicks, text-message-link clicks, and delivery-form activity. These tools may collect device, browser, approximate location, referral source, advertising click identifiers, and website-interaction information using cookies or similar technologies. We use this information to improve our website, measure marketing performance, and understand whether ads are leading to useful customer actions. We do not use Analytics or Meta Pixel to intentionally collect the contents of your delivery request.
Delivery request form
Our delivery request form is provided by Jotform and is embedded in this website. Information submitted through that form is processed by Jotform and made available to Full Cisterns for the purposes described above. Jotform’s own privacy terms also apply to its service.
How information is shared
We may share information with service providers that support website hosting, analytics, form processing, communications, bookkeeping, payment processing, and service delivery.
