These terms govern use of the Full Cisterns Water Hauling website. They do not replace the specific price, schedule, access, payment, or service terms agreed for an individual delivery.

Website information

Website content is general information and may change. Service availability, delivery timing, capacity, pricing, and suitability depend on the location, road and site access, weather, demand, water availability, equipment, and the details confirmed with the customer.

Delivery requests are not confirmed bookings

Sending a web form, text, or voicemail does not by itself create a confirmed delivery or contract. A delivery is confirmed only when Full Cisterns accepts the request and confirms the applicable details with the customer.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate contact, location, access, cistern, and service information. Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and lawful site access, identifying hazards and restrictions, and ensuring that the receiving system is ready and suitable for delivery.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit false or unlawful requests, or copy site content for commercial use without permission.

Third-party services

The website may use or link to third-party services such as Jotform, Google Maps, and Google Analytics. Those services operate under their own terms and policies.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Full Cisterns is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on general website information, interruption of the website, third-party services, or circumstances outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights or obligations that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

We may update these website terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date.
